The 3 pillars of exposure

Aperture


  1. The pupil
  2. The smaller the pupil the smaller the aperture. The larger the pupil the larger the aperture.
  3. The larger the aperture, the smaller the area in focus.

  1. By setting the camera "shutter Priority" mode, where you set both the shutter speed and the camera automatically selects the aperture.
  2. By setting the camera to "manual" mode, where you set both shutter and aperture manually.

ISO

  1. Theres more noise, freeze motion, ultra fast shots
  2. Use low ISO when theres enough light around you
  3. When theres not enough light
F4=good
F5.6=little dark
F8=little dark
F11=dark
F16=dark
F22=dark
